I usually don't take time to write these reviews but I felt I needed to following my home-buying experience with Rebecca and Steven. Having spent nearly a whole year looking for a house in the hot market through the pandemic, there have been numerous times where I felt unacknowledged and not given the guidance I needed as a buyer from past real estate agents. I am ever so thankful to Rebecca and Steven who recognised and acknowledged me from the short (but repeated) encounters at the Saturday inspections. They were kind, professional, empathetic, down-to-earth, attentive and easy to communicate to through the whole buying process. I could tell they try their best to meet the best interests of both the buyer and the seller; which at the end of the day was clear it makes a win-win for both parties - which is not something any real estate agent can do. Rebecca and Steven, you guys are doing an amazing job at what you do. Please keep it up. Will be sure to keep in touch with future real estate needs :)
