Despite the review being for David is really needs to be for Rebekah given there was absolutely no engagement with him at any point of the process. Despite being there to take the plaudits and hand out the champers. We had engaged with David’s right have lady at a number of properties on our search and Rebekah was always very nice. It’s clear she was learning about some aspects of the “trade” and was a little in the deep end at times. Overall she carried herself well through it all. Negotiations were relatively simple and Rebekah was flexible with communication. The contracts required a little extra interpretation that if David had been around might have been smoother but no show stoppers. Rebekah will no doubt mature to meet the customers needs and tone in communication and cut to the point if they are that way inclined. My greatest disappointment was the settlement day (or lead up to). The agent should provide the new owner with a checklist for their move as a courtesy. If we had this the power would not gave been cut off and 4 hours of my life wasted in a dark house waiting for Energex to reconnect. Customer service is cheap (champagne is expensive) I know where I put my resources. Finally the owner themselves made the transaction pleasant as he is in the service industry (and gets it) and is a nice guy. Shame you need agents sometimes... I hope for better out of the industry.
