Rebekah was friendly and helpful but was too busy to forward information to me when it was provided by the sellers. There was a major structural issue which needed to be resolved and my belief is that the sellers rectified this and provided photos, but Rebekah didn't forward the information to me, leaving us very stressed as we approached the settlement date. After the final inspection I was informed that the sellers had information for me about the house, including servicing dates and other important details, which Rebekah didn't forward to me, even after I followed up with her.
