Redmond has it all! I bought my Beldon house off Redmond 2 years ago and knew from the positive experience I had that I would use him to sell my Banksia Grove house when the time came. He was friendly, super easy to contact and extremely responsive, had answers to every question I had and was happy providing advice. The thing that sets Redmond apart from any other real estate agent I've dealt with - and there has been a few, is that he actually cares! He is so friendly and positive, he makes even the worst of situations (like dealing with selling a house after a separation) an enjoyable experience. He has a very calming and supportive persona and that is invaluable when dealing with super stressful situations like buying and selling a home (i.e. outlaying all of your savings or dealing with debt!). No question was a dumb question, he would never leave my texts or emails unreplied to within an hour or so, dropped paperwork off to make it easier and the list goes on. Rowan started with a previous real estate agent who was a nightmare! Pushy, abrasive, tried to undervalue our home for a quick sale and it was a terrible experience. I put Rowan onto Redmond and straight away the stress disintegrated. Basically, long story short - whether you are buying or selling, Redmond is your guy and will get you the price you want in the quickest possible time.
