As a buyer we had a good experience with Reece. His communication was excellent, he was very flexible with inspections and allowed access for tradesmen to quote on work during the settlement period. He was always well on top of dealing with the seller and communicating with them during what turned out to be a challenging settlement period. We had some difficulties with the contract of sale Reece prepared which had a clause which actually invalidated the contract leading to some issues with the seller, additionally we did feel that the sales pressure tactics were a bit much. In general though it was a good experience and I would recommend Reece to buyers and sellers alike as someone who will pull out every stop to try to create a positive outcome for all parties involved.
