My experience with this sale and not on account of Reece has been stressful. There appears to be no protection for the seller only the buyer. Reece asks the buyer if finance is order and the answer is yes and then comes to exchange and the buyer requests 5 days to allow his finances to get in order and that fails then extension of 3 days and at the last minute a all in order is received, no advice to sellers solicitor, oh its all assumed. Buyer could have pulled out, we have lost contact with other buyers, need to start from scratch, more open houses etc and puts us in stress anxiety mode to complete our plans to move on. Knowledge - excellent Communication - above expectations Very professional in what he does and that passes through to all his team.

House sold within a couple of weeks which was great, however price was below what was initially noted. Communication was not what I would expect for the commission that was paid. Another agent was liaising with purchaser which I was unaware of until after the sale.
