Our sale took much longer than we would have liked, but that was because the market was very difficult. In no way was the delay due to any fault on Reese's part. We consulted several agents before choosing to go with PRD. Reece always impressed with his professional and realistic approach. He outlined a comprehensive sales program which he fully implemented. He was totally committed to the best possible outcome for us. The sale price was less than he initially suggested would be achieved which disappointed both us and him. However, as noted, the outcome was dictated by the market. We know many places are not selling. A particular frustration was a potential buyer who was found, much to everyone's anguish, to be playing games with us. Reece's professionalism was particularly evident in his communication skills. He contacted us at least twice a week with reports of developments. He always concluded his call with the words "Talk to you soon" and he always did. We recommend him wholeheartedly.
