Once the property sold didn’t hear from him at all only his associate.
Reece said that if he couldn’t get the price he stated he wouldn’t be trying. Well he obviously didn’t try as he missed his mark! He also didn’t tell us that it the people needed to arrange finance before stopping the sale process to others. This caused a delay with exchange of contracts. The market did slow during this period when we listed it, maybe a conservative price advise would not have disappointed us.

Thanks for the feedback Nils…. Being a superfund purchaser there have been delays due to a bottleneck of everyone trying to obtain finance at the same time with the budget announcement which caused a delay… (Luckily we were already exchanged) - appreciate your time of providing a review and we as an office will strive to continue to aim for 5 stars every time!
