Reece was very professional in every dealing I had with him. He worked very hard to get the sale, but did so in a very measured and non-pressurized way. Even when the sale almost fell through as some issues emerged with the property when I did the usual searches etc, he stayed calm, respectful and just worked hard to see if he could help the parties to find a way through. He went to extraordinary lengths at that point to research the history of the property - tracing back (and contacting) former owners etc. While I knew his job was get a sale for the vendor, I came to trust him as a thoroughly decent guy. That trust was critical in keeping me engaged when those issues emerged. It was a difficult time and I probably would have walked away if Reece had acted differently. While I was the buyer, he acted how I’d want my agent to behave if I was a vendor. As a result, I would happily retain him to sell a property for me, and recommend him to my friends/family.
