Rees is trustworthy, reliable and was there overseeing every fine detail right to the very end e.g., from initial engagement, providing advice and support (design tips for the open for inspections), marketing approaches, selling my property and right up until settlement. For example, as I had moved interstate; Rees was even buying me a clothes dryer for my apartment on the day of settlement (as it was broken, I decided to have it removed prior to the open for inspections, but silly me forgot to have it taken off the contract as an inclusion).
