As I had no money to fix the ceiling or to even hire a skip to clean the lounge room I was looking at a very low price for the property, around $350,000. We had an open day and sure enough we had two offers, one at $330,000, and one at $360,000. Reg said not to accept them . He knew a builder who would do some work for me without money up front. Long story short, after $7,000 work we sold for $422,000. Reg knows the market and he knows what he's doing. You can rest easy if you have Reg selling your property.

After several unlucky experiences I was put in contact with Reg whom I appointed to sell a property I had in McGregor. From the beginning Reg committed himself to sell this property at the best price possible despite a depreesive market and he managed to fullfill his commitment.
