We had terrible experience with this agent. He is just a liar. Please don’t trust what he said if you want to buy house from him. We went for inspection on afternoon and he didn’t tell us that the house was passed in at auction within 3 days and he didn’t not disclose it on website too. Then he trick us to try to give an offer to vendor that night. Vendor accepted it. Next day, we regret and want to use our cooling period. We called him and then he said it’s unconditional offer because it’s passed in at auction 2 days ago. Unprofessional agent and a liar. Also, he lied about land-size, some structural issues. Hope you will never sell a house anymore. Such a liar. You will pay back for what you did in the future. I wrote review on real estate site and he deleted his profile from real estate after that. Please be aware of this unfaithful agent.
