Very knowledgeable about the latest updates, information that’s required in supporting the customer. Extremely professional, prompt , hard working , like a case manager , comprehensively helping you in all areas that are needed when you are trying to sell your house. Helping and supporting you manage all the anxiety that comes with putting your property on the market. The property market was down , and the final sale price was below my expectations but that had nothing to do with the agent, it was an independent factor. I would highly recommend this service and agent and would definitely use their services again in future. I selected this agent based on the ratings through local newspapers. I wish I had gone to this agent in past, as my experience with many other real estate agents previously has been very disappointing sadly. Regina is fantastic!!!

Our experience with Regina was absolute first class. She was honest throughout the process and communicated expectations and the progress with us the whole way through. We sold in a tough market and we still walk away happy. Nothing was ever too much for Regina and her team, they were always willing to help. Our selling price was way below the original value, which was a big disappointment - this however, we accept as a result of the downturn of the market and no reflection of the abilities of Regina and her team.

Regina was very helpful when we were in the process of selling my deceased mother in law's home. Her knowledge of the local market was extremely helpful, and in the face of declining market conditions, we managed to sell the home. And dealing with not so helpful tenants at the time, we were most appreciative of her people skills regarding this issue. Unfortunately the market didn't allow us to get the price we would've preferred, but market conditions were volatile at the time, so this is not a reflection on Regina's abilities or professionalism, which were without question needed during the selling process.
