Reilly Waterfield and Eva Vorng were the Fletchers agents who sold our house. We are happy that they got us a good price in a falling market. Their communications were excellent, they kept us informed of who had viewed the property and the feedback from prospective buyers. They engaged us in discussions on when they thought we should settle and at what price, but we always felt that we were in control and in the end we were as happy as they were with the final offer. Eva in particular was very helpful in assisting us get the house ready for viewing and cleaning up (locking up, switching lights off etc) afterwards.
