Reilly has a refreshingly open approach. Pre-sale he walked us through the house and described what he would say to prospective buyers. What not to spend time or money on, what items of furniture etc to leave, and what to remove. Elements to keep in the garden and what landscape works were worth doing. We were able, with Reilly’s advice, to present the house in the best possible way. Prospective buyers could see the opportunities and options to make this their next home for their growing family. Ours was a deceased estate and Reilly and his staff worked easily with us and our solicitors in determining the appropriate way forward. All of the Fletchers sales staff are professional and thorough, and all on the same page. Open for inspections were well organised and well attended. And the team were flexible in opening times and special requests. Any queries by us were promptly followed up, and good advice freely given. Reilly prepared us thoroughly for the auction process, and what to expect on the day. His team were very well prepared, and supported us throughout the process.
