Rena was an absolute delight to buy a property from. Having dealt with many agents before - I found it refreshing that she had a great attitude and would go out of her way to provide an excellent buying experience. She was quick to reply to emails, always answerred calls or returned them in a timely mannor and kept me updated from negotiation to settlement. She was fair and ethical in the negotiation process, although I did end up paying more than I hoped to!
