We had a pleasant time dealing with Renae for my purchase. It wasn't easy and went back and forth over more than a month. This never phased her and indeed Renae never put undue pressure on either party. It was a difficult negotiation and the site had constraints the owner appeared not to recognise or consider in the process. So it was drawn out and involved more technical responses to Renae to pass to the Vendor. She seemed to manage this very well and while there were other bidders - appeared to support our negotiations well. Un-usual these days - but an effective Agent and one that you would respect into the future.
