we were looking for an investment property initally and then gift that house to our daughter ( who will be getting married next year end ) . Family freinds of ours had bought a house in Viewbank and were very happy with the suburb and the school . When this property came up for sale in front of the reserve , close to school and all amenties . Beautifully renevoted inside. we liked the house .
