I wasnt really looking forward to selling my mums house - never sold before, and so many important things to get organised. Well, renato made it super easy for me. pretty much organised everything required to get the house ready. also he's super easy to deal with and quite a funny guy. a friend of mine was selling their house at roughly the same time and told me that Renato's base fee was higher than the agent they used. well they didnt get the price they wanted, and Renato got me a higher price than i expected. I was so happy i gave him extra. 10/10 would sell with Renato again
