I had the pleasure of having Renato sell my home and, as it happened, I also purchased my new home through him. Selling and buying property is a big process and, at times, it can feel quite daunting but Renato was always kind and reassuring. He took my concerns seriously and made me feel that I was being looked after. He also has a great sense of humour which immediately put me at ease, and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel much more comfortable. There is always an element of trust involved when dealing with a real estate agent, but I always felt that Renato was acting in my best interests and doing the right thing by me. I appreciated his honesty, professionalism and the way he communicated throughout both transactions.
