Unfortunately, I could not recommend Rene. Despite his approachable veneer, it turns out he was duplicitous and ultimately dishonest, and in the end he attempted to take advantage of my trust by making a secretive arrangement with the buyer that he failed to disclose to me, until someone else picked it up. He continued to lie to my face about it, minimise, gaslight, deflect and wheedle. Absolutely cannot recommend this agent's character based on my experience. Really disappointing to be betrayed by the agent, after forming what I thought was a transparent professional relationship. Rene's fee was also significantly higher than other quality agents, though I didn't get what I paid for in terms of reliable, ethical service.

Rene was attentive which I found most important. I always felt comfortable to contact him or ask questions, he always seemed happy to respond. He was knowledgeable and helpful and explained things to us and discussed everything with us. He was patient with us as things can be difficult or slow with a little baby. And of course he got us the deal we needed much quicker than we had thought, in a very unsure market situation. We are so grateful and would recommend him to everyone.

Rene is an absolutely astounding agent. Genuine, professional, knowledgeable and more than willing to put in the yards for his client. We couldn't have asked for a better agent and experience. He assisted us with both purchasing our new home as well as selling our current. He knows the market well and is also a great auctioneer. I am so impressed with the staff at Ray White, I have had the most positive customer service experience with Rene and the team, I can honestly say that I have never had service like this in any other company I have dealt with in my life. Firstly, as this property was owned by my uncle, and the responsibility to sell it after he passed away, came to me. Care and compassion were always shown in Renes dealings with me, he is a very nice, honest young man, and I can clearly see that he enjoys his job and is very committed to his work. I dont know when he finds time to sleep, as he is sending emails and working late into the nights on weekends as well. Due to the Covid19 restrictions that came into effect, he always kept me up to date with the changes that were coming and how they would affect me. He was always honest and sincere, two qualities that I never expected to find in an Estate Agent.I also had calls from both Mary & Cassy , and they too were so lovely to deal with, nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

I sold two properties with Rene I interviewed many agents and he was the one that always kept in touch and always did what he said he would do Nothing was too much trouble. He worked all hours of the day and always kept me up to date He exceeded my expectations both times with his service and he delivered an amazing result in a strong market with the sale of first property and in a very harsh climate in the sale of the second property.
