Rene constantly made sure we were kept informed about the sale of the house either by e-mail or phone. All the questions we had asked him were answered quickly and not once did Rene ignore us no matter how seemingly stupid the questions sounded. I wouldn't hesitate using Rene again when we next sell/buy a property.
