A job well done!

Although I usually deal with women wherever possible, was impressed with Rene from our first meeting. Unlike the other Real Estate Agent (who came for her first viewing of our 80 hectare bush property in an expensive town dress & high heels), Rene came ready to walk the fence line. And did so! He listened to why we thought our property unique, then used this knowledge/angle in the advertising. Most importantly, while the other agent told us we'd be "lucky to sell", Rene saw the potential & beauty. I believe this ability helped him find the perfect buyers. And why he achieved a selling price $100,000 above the other agent's uninformed (& uninterested) valuation. Finding the ideal family who fell in love with our property took a little longer then we all thought....and is perhaps why communications from Rene became less regular then my husband & I would have liked. However, that's a tiny niggle, in an otherwise wonderful experience, with an agent who really did do an outstanding job for us. He was hard working, open & honest. Rene Pompe is a Real Estate Agent, who I would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone.
