I talked to many agents in the lead up in the sale of my parents' estate, and I felt that Renea would care for both parties being honest and upfront with everything, but due to certain circumstances I had to choose a bigger franchised agent in the first instance, which did not meet any of our expectations and we cancelled after 28days. Most agents once you sign with just push their agenda expecting us to pay for all the marketing upfront advertising themselves and their agency and quickly try and do an off-market sale which can leave you thousands of dollars out of pocket.
