I first met Renee when she was firstly showing me houses she had listed, and then was acting as my agent when inspecting properties listed by other agents. I then chose Renee to list my two properties at Trinity Beach, in a somewhat difficult market at the time. One of the complexes especially had a very difficult property manager to deal with. Renee dealt with this manager with diplomacy and negotiated both sales to successful completion. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I have had problems in the past with agents not updating me at least once a week on whether anything was progressing or not. Renee was great in complying with my requests to inform me of buyers impressions on my properties so that we could try and rectify any concerns.
