I would highly recommend Renee Bean-Wyper to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home. Renee was always so patient, answered all of our questions honestly and knowledgeably and went above and beyond to help us purchase our first home. She worked around us and our rosters to make sure we always got to view the homes we wanted to even if it meant having back to back viewings or seeing the same home twice in a day, it was never a problem for Renee. She always managed to fit us into her busy schedule and was always quick to respond to us when organising inspections and communicating with the home owner. This meant there was no stressful or anxious waiting times, in fact, all in the space of about 20 minutes of our offer Renee was back on the phone with us saying it had been accepted! Renee advocated for us and made sure we got the best for our money when it came to negotiations and we couldn't have been happier when it came to the final cost.
