Renee came and did a free market appraisal without any hesitation. Once my house was ready to go on the market Renee came to my new home to get me to sign contracts- I didn't have to make my way to her office. The pictures taken of my home were really professional and showed off its best qualities. The promoting of my home was on point and attracted many people to the home of which they only required 1 of because from that I received 3 offers to purchase the house and all were above the expected price. I would recommend Renee and her team to anyone wanting to sell their home, her experience, knowledge and sales are second to none. Renee is a very genuine and kind person who had my best interests at the centre of the process, and made the selling of my home that I watched my now adult children and grandchildren grow up in, smooth as possible, she made the process that much easier for me.
