My husband & I had purchased a house only weeks before putting ours on the market. We understood the stress buyers are facing at the moment & the impact the agent has on the whole experience. Keeping that in mind, when it came to selling our home it was important for us to find an agent that understood our values & was easy to communicate with, not just for our benefit but for prospective buyers also. Stone Real Estate drew us in with their professional advertising & beautiful photography but on our first meeting with Renee we knew it was her we wanted to work with. She is lovely, warm & put me at ease from day one. The knowledge she shared on our first meeting encouraged us to do a few things around our home that I believe made a huge difference in the sale. We discussed our goals & left the rest up to Renee, one week later our house was sold above asking price. We honestly could not be more thrilled with our experience.
