Ok where do I begin , Well from the first time we met Renee she was down to earth type of person, not your typical agent. Not like the agent she was working with!!! So we mainly dealt with Renee, because she actually listened to our needs and wants! Renee was friendly and accommodating to times that I was available. She answered all my questions . However, I think Lee was introduced to try and get the sale over the line and was too pushy. Sometimes pushy salesmen are not required. I recommend that telling people to just sign documents regardless of finance is probably not the best procedure.He almost lost me as a buyer. Renee was doing fine on her own.
