Renee was friendly and accommodating to times that I was available. She answered all my questions . However, I think Lee was introduced to try and get the sale over the line and was too pushy. Sometimes pushy salesmen are not required. I recommend that telling people to just sign documents regardless of finance is probably not the best procedure.He almost lost me as a buyer. Renee was doing fine on her own.
