I met Renee Cross by chance in 2024 when I happened to be passing an Open for Inspection for a Unit in my suburb. I have sold 10 properties since 1983 and have dealt with some excellent agents, and I recognised Renee's professional approach. I decided to sell my Unit in 2025 and contacted Renee. I immediately felt I had made the right choice. Renee indicated an incredibly accurate selling price and gave excellent advice on the extent of the work I should do on the Unit before sale. Whenever I needed help with the work, Renee could recommend someone who always did a good job promptly. Throughout the sales campaign, Renee kept me up to date by telephone and a weekly email, giving feedback on potential buyers' feedback. When a serious offer was made, I felt I had a better knowledge of the market and could act quickly to accept the offer. The whole experience was supportive and trouble-free.
