The property was a bit tricky as it was tenanted but I had a very smooth experience with Renee.

As a first time home owner I was extremely nervous at purchasing my house. Renee was so patient and incredibly encouraging within our communications prior to signing the contact and whilst waiting for settlement to go unconditional. She was always available, and kept me informed with every step of the process. And she was the first to send me a massive congrats when contract was received and we went unconditional. Really made me feel comfortable and excited about this big step. Cannot thank Renee enough and for making an amazing first impression at the first inspection.
