I don’t normally trust politicians or realtors but I’m convinced by her display of professional conduct and industry knowledge. Long story short below are the reasons to justify the 5 stars for Renee : 1. Start to finish I did not detect any sign of misrepresentation – big tick for integrity. 2. Prompt communication with myself and the buyer. No new development waited past a couple of hours to get communicated. Tick for proactiveness. 3. Diligence – explored every opportunity to help me sell, and more importantly – be seen to be trying very hard. 4. Set realistic expectations from the get go. She gave me an indicative figure and stuck with it and delivered the result I was looking for. I say this because I’ve recently dealt with Remax Brisbane City for another property who gave me a stupid number and never delivered. 5. She has zero ego, which makes her easy to talk to. She was focused entirely on getting the job done. 6. When unexpected problems arise (which it did in this instance), she knew how to deal with it. Best proof that she knows her game. I myself am a person who focus more on substance than presentation. That’s why when I have real estate needs I talk to Renee rather than someone who turns up in a high end Porsche or Mercedes-Benz and spends the first 15 minutes talking about how good he/she is. Would I ever purchase an Australian real estate as investment? No. If I ever change my mind on that, would I talk to Renee? Absolutely.
