I looked at several houses with several agencies while trying to locate my forever home. There were many people at the viewing however Renee took the time to answer any questions and also gave me other information about the property so that I felt secure in my decision to submit an offer. The settlement date was extended several times which became a little stressful, however Renee reached out each and every time not only to inform me of the extension request but to also see if there was anything that she could do for me personally throughout the process. Right down to checking that I was stable where I was currently living due to the extension. Offering to try to find me alternative accommodation and storage for my belongings if required. She did everything she could to make such a huge decision in my life as stress free as possible.
