I was living interstate and the sale of this property was part of looking after my sisters estate. I had previously recieved marketing from Paul and I reached out to get an appraisal which both Paul and Renee attended. My first impression of them was a good and we decided to go with them. Dealing with them made this experience a little easier for me as i was still coming to terms with my sisters passing, and they exceeded my expectations going above and beyond with organising cleaners, mowing and some minor repairs done for us. Nothing was ever a problem. Most of my dealings were with Renee who I found to be both professional and friendly. Her down to earth manner, and honesty was refreshing compared to some agents I have dealt with in the past. I would highly recommend Ivory Coast Realty if you were looking to sell your property.
