Buying and selling can be a stressful process, to me a good real estate agent takes their time with your pre buy/sale enquiries, guide you through the nitty gritty details and most importantly the follow up after a successful buy/sale. Yes, you'll find most real estate agents have some kind of degree of experience with the market and some are a bit too flash or showy, lol, but personally, I find most just want to get in then get out and sometimes it's more than just a transaction, it's about the mutual understanding because it may well be your 1st home/investment or your last buy/sell.
