My wife and I recently sold our house in Currumbin Valley. We were then looking in the window at Coast, Creek and Country realtors and Renee came out and introduced herself. She was outgoing, well presented, courteous and forthright, without being pushy, as some real estate types are known to be. She offered, after us informing her of the type of house we required, to show us a number of dwellings. The second house we were shown was to our liking, and after a number of questions, which she answered succinctly, we made an offer. After some discussion the vendors accepted our revised offer. We found Renee to be very helpful and she provided extremely good service. All our questions were answered, some after due research. Overall, we are very happy with our new relationship with renee and her team and we will be recommending them to family and friends, who are contemplating selling or buying real estate in the area.
