It was a great experience purchasing a house with Renee, she was professional, punctual, well organised and friendly. She provided an abundance of helpful information and followed up on our many requests even though the market was very busy. We would highly recommend her and the team at Cshell.

Thank you Renee for your professionalism of extensive knowledge of the Loch Sport property market. The expertise your applied resulted in a better than expected and quick sale result.

Very happy with the sale process Renee was always very cheerful and helpful would highly recommend

Renee was great to deal with. She found buyers very quickly and, although the buyers were not particularly diligent in returning documentation, Renee kept me updated and did not leave me wondering as to what was going on. Right throughout the process of selling my property with Renee, she was professional in her communication with me, and always cheery and pleasant to deal with.

Renee and Cshell were excellent to deal with throughout the sale of my house at loch sport and made the whole process very quick and easy.

Rachelle and Renee were wonderful to deal with, they kept me informed at all times and were such a pleasure to work with. They helped us reach our goal and have gone above and beyond to create a great experience and close on our new property.

Renee’s knowledge of Loch Sport real estate is sharp , spot on and in touch with accurate Appraisals and Renee gets the job done. We have purchased 2 properties, a house and allotment of land through Renee. This year Renee sold our 3rd property another house in a record 24 hours of Renee photographing and listing on the market with Chells Real Estate. We were ecstatic at achieving not only the sale in record time but were impressed with our sale price. Renee’s professionalism is only surpassed by her constant support through the entire Conveyance to conclusion of the sale or purchase all done with that broad friendly smile. There is the support crew of the three ladies at the office of CShells but the Mother (Rachelle) and Daughter (Renee) Real Estate offers a unique DUO of expertise, friendliness and professionalism that is unmatched anywhere in Victoria. Loch Sport has a lot to thank these ambitious ladies for their great service to the Community. Congratulations Renee. It is my honour and privilege to write this review..
