There’s no doubt that Rennies market knowledge of Nudgee is is great. In the initial stages her communication was good, although I do feel that our first advertised price may have been a bit too high. Then there is always the push when a contract needs to be signed, yet when the contract was delayed for a very stressful week due to the buyers bank, there was no follow up. I found this extremely disappointing given the commission that QLD agents currently earn, it felt that there was not a lot of loyalty there. Unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience for us.

Renee welcomed us with a friendly smile upon our first inspection of our new home. She was well informed about Banyo and Nudgee and spoke kindly about the community and those who formed it. She gave us plenty of information on the property we were buying and helped build our excitement for the potential it could promise.
