We mostly appreciate that she trusted us (the buyers) while looking after the seller by making sure they knew she trusted us. We went through a very difficult and long process with the bank due to the current high demand of loan applications, so we had unexpected delays which nearly cost our house deal. Renee made herself available to listen at all times and was very understanding of our situation. Deal went through in the end, greatly because Renee and her team kept both parties well informed and supported throughout the process.

I was the purchaser of a property that Renee Rennie sold to me. Although Renee by law is the agent for the seller, she dealt with me, as the buyer, in a professional and helpful manner. I was living in North Queensland when I saw the property listed for sale. As I was interested in the property, I travelled to Brisbane for an inspection. During the process of the sale and even afterwards Renee went "the extra mile" to help me. She was thoroughly familiar with the property and with the neighbourhood. Well done Renee!
