From the very first conversation, Renee obtained my complete confidence. We had been through a rather long and negative sales process with another agent just prior to her appointment, so I was on guard and not going to fall for all of the puffery again. Based on our situation, she told us to wait (rather than just selfishly get our listing straight away). She had invaluable knowlede of our area and she was/is just a real person. So even though we waited - it was a done deal that we would go with Renee. She always was available. Never made excuses. Just did the best job. She listened to us and acted upon our requests.
