I really have no idea why any Resident in Banyo would not engage Renee (and Georgia her Assistant???) to sell their House. Renee lives in Banyo herself and knows the area, the trends and what works in Banyo(and surrounding Suburbs). It may have been a fluke, but she sold our House in 2 yes TWO Hours. We were going to sell after Christmas but Renee thinking on her feet contacted us and did an inspection within the hour and signed a Contract within the next hour. GREAT. Couldn't be happier.
