We found ourselves in a situation where we urgently needed to sell my very elderly mother's home: our family home and yes, it was a very traumatic time. Renee stepped into this situation with her total caring nature and listened and guided us through this very difficult time. Her professional knowledge of the marketplace and her in depth knowledge of 'trades' who could transform an old, outdated property into one that attracted so many buyers and sold at auction for a price more than what we were hoping for.....was totally amazing. The organisation, co-ordination and completion of the work (painting throughout, floorboards polished, cleaning driveway etc, interior designer advice/implemention of plan to bring the home up to its fullest potential was completed in a week. This was made possible thanks for Renee's great communication skills and co-ordinating abilities between all parties involved. We were all on board. Throughout the process Renee was always available for any small queries. Meaning if I texted her at any time...she returned the text with her answer right away. The communication was instant and of course this helped us enormously knowing that Renee was there to help no matter how small our concerns. She also provided us with a written schedule of what was happening on each particular day. As a family we can only thank Renee most sincerely for her support and caring commitment to our sale and of course easing the stress and responsibility we all felt we were carrying on behalf of my Mum.
