Exceptional Agent

Renee was an absolute pleasure to deal with, enthusiastic, interested, and knew the area/market very well. Another agent I interviewed prior to Renee was more interested in asking what I thought I could get for the place, did not offer further insight, then went on to befuddle me with a complicated selling strategy, where as Renee just knew the market intrinsically, and told ME what I could reasonably expect to get in that area if I didn't renovate, and what I could get if I did, and took care of all the selling business!.. and she was spot-on, selling my property on the first open home, for a great price, and pretty much exactly what she predicted. I live an hour and half drive from the property and I knew it was in good hands with Renee.. (Among other things, she even watered my pot plant for me! It's the little things!) Thanks so much for your hard work and insight Renee. I've bought and sold property before, and have worked at the head office of a leading real estate (so I've known a few!), and I have to say, Renee definitely stands out as one of the best in the business!
