Reno was able to source a purchaser that gave a long term contract with good terms allowing the property to be occupied while the new build was being completed. Unfortunately the new build took somewhat longer than planned. Hindsight always provides a clearer picture, however given the information available at the time the sale contract terms were appropriate.
