Reuben showed us integrity and very responsive communication. No hard sell but gave us facts and information and went further obtaining information on our behalf. We have employed many agents over the years and Reuben stands out amongst them. Highly recommended. Kevin
We chose Reuben Healy to sell our investment property in Labrador because of his experience and previous sales in the area. He did not disappoint, as well as achieving a result that we were happy with in a good time frame, Reuben was a pleasure to deal with. He is an excellent communicator, calm and reassuring in conversation, tactful and easily contactable. He took the initiative and was always a step ahead of competitors in securing us as sellers. I can only assume he has the same approach with buyers.
Reuben done a really good job in helping us purchase our property here in Labrador. Would recommend him again
We first met Reuben at the property we eventually purchased and he was instrumental in securing the purchase for us. As we are older we did struggle with the online contract and Reuben went out of his way to help us out. In closing Reuben was always contactable, helpful and answered all questions promptly. Thank you Reuben.
Rueben was a pleasure to deal with, very available and informative. I was buying, not selling and Rueben went over and above to allow us access to the property and speed up the negotiation process. A fair price was reached in record time, only 24 hours between viewing and sold! Efficient and polite, I would highly recommend Rueben and would use him again for sure. He knows a lot about the area he sells in.
Reuben was professional with prompt communications Working with him in securing the place has been an absolutely pleasure. He kept well inform on progress right until hand over of keys.

I found Reuben very helpful, and he was always available to answer all my questions in a well informed and professional manner. He made the whole experience stress-free, which was very important to me as a first time buyer. I would not hesitate to use his services again in future real estate dealings.
I bought my house through Ruben he was really knowledgeable and helpful he definitely not your typical realestate agent that’s for sure he’s nice well spoken and knows his stuff will be using him for the next one that’s for sure
Reuben recently helped us purchase an investment property. He was not only very friendly and professional he was very patient with me. Purchasing can get very stressful and Reuben did everything to explain the processes and procedures and offer reassurances when I was overwhelmed dealing with the banks etc.
Reuben recently sold our Gold Coast duplex, achieving a price that was over expectations. The entire process was smooth with Reuben going out of his way to ensure that the complexities of our sale (an estate situation) were well managed. I would recommend Reuben and Hillsea Real Estate without hesitation.
