We recently bought a property in Cherrybrook from the Century 21 agent Reuben Kee and it was the most pleasant and hassle free experience we've ever had. After looking for a property in the area for some time, we first met Reuben at one of his properties' open inspections. From a short but informative conversation, Reuben noted down our preferences of the property that we're looking for and the price range we could afford and told us that he'll be in touch soon as there might be suitable ones come into the market in the next few weeks. And without fail, he called us when this particular property came into the market on the day it was listed and gave us a detailed description about the property as well as its location and other relevant information. The ad on property websites was clear and precise and the showcasing video was great to watch which made it standout from other ads. Over the phone, Reuben also invited us for a walking tour of the surrounding area of the property before its first open inspection so we could know more about the location and surrounds. This proved to be really valuable and useful to us even though we thought we know the suburb well, Reuben has substantial knowledge about the area such as schools, parks, transportation, population structures etc, it gave us great insight and helped us on making decisions. Reuben kept us informed throughout the process and was able to answer calls at any time of the day or night and was very attentive and thoughtful for both of us and the vendor, he was always thinking ahead of us and his attention to details is second to none. We were thrilled when our offer was accepted and really appreciated the help and advice we received from Reuben throughout the whole journey. Reuben Key is an ideal example of a friendly real estate agent who works very hard to achieve a sale of a property. Most importantly, Reuben is available always in any means of communications. Reuben helped us to renovate our house with the right skilled people and closely monitored the job on a day to day basis. More or less he took all our worries of a renovation work away from us namely selecting the right materials, right colors , right finishing etc. We have to agree that Reuben has got a eagle's eye to spot the defects of renovations.
