My family were purchasing remotely due to COVID restrictions. We were obviously very nervous about purchasing a house which we had never had the opportunity to see in person. To help us through the process Reuben facilitated an extremely thorough walk through the entire property. He opened all the cupboards, went into every room in detail, even went under the house to show us the condition of beams etc. This gave us the confidence we needed to make an offer which was ultimately successful. Even after exchange Reuben realised that we would probably want to be able to see the house in more detail again, so he went to the trouble of creating a 10 minute walkthrough video of the house. During the settlement he also facilitated the purchase of certain large items (fridge etc) from the current owners. Really grad support from start to finish!
