I met Reuben several years ago while looking at property, although I didn't buy that property I was impressed at Reuben' s honesty, knowledge and polite manner. Some years later I was selling my property at Chapel Hill, I had several agents come and review the property to give me their advice. I remembered Reuben and called him for his advise, his manner was the same, open, transparent, professional and in the end I sold for forty thousand ($40,000) more than had been suggest by another agent.
