We purchased a property through Rex and in return gave him the Sale of our house to manage which he took on without any doubts. This was comforting straight away as Rex was about the 3rd agent we’d had through our place after looking at previous property’s. He was the only one that gave us any confidence we would get what we were asking for in the area as it was still a new home with no comparisons to set the market. Rex made suggestions that we as the seller wouldn’t have even thought of and was very accomidating to our requests with inspections etc. He was extremely pro active in following up any potential leads and not letting any slip through the cracks as well.
