I don’t deal with estate agents very often but when I do... Reza was great - arranged everything (including a pick up from Bunnings!) for the sale whilst I was in Covid lockdown in Melbourne. I asked him to put up a sign to capture passers by at another auction. He did. Sold within a couple of days.
Reza was a standout agent to deal with from our first visit to the fourth before purchasing the property. After looking through 25 properties you get a sense of sincerity from the agents you interact with and with Reza you knew he was working for the owner but he wasn't trying to oversell the property and the conversations were genuine and realistic. All of our inquiries were answered in a timely manner with professionalism as well as accommodating our additional visits outside of the openings. I would highly recommend Reza for a down to earth experience with strong salesperson integrity.

In considering which agent to list my property with, I was impressed with Reza Zad's (Murdoch Lee) passion for real estate and his local knowledge. Agreement on the marketing approach was seamless and a commission rate negotiated with flexibility. Reza was very helpful in arranging for some minor repairs and staging to enhance the appeal of my property to a purchaser. The sale process commenced pre-COVID-19, however, was finalised during the current COVID-19 restrictions. This presented several challenges in sourcing a purchaser at an acceptable price. Reza acted very professionally maintaining timely communication on the state of the market and sale options. Pre-COVID-19 contacts were followed-up and daily status updates were provided. Reza continued to market the property within COVID-19 restrictions until a successful purchaser was identified. Notwithstanding COVID-19, the sale of my property was within expectations. I would certainly look to engage Reza/Murdoch on any future real estate transactions.
